ok it has happened for the last time needed before i complain AOL programmers as we all know are incredibly stupid morons (yes i know they mean the same thing) I am just sick of how AIM opens everything in an already open window and there isn't even an option to open in a new window, you have to copy and past the URL... this has to be one of the stupidest things i have ever seen for something so widely used... how many games have you been kicked out of and how many important sites were lost b/c the link sent was one of those stupid ones where you wind up having to pretty much close all the IE windows in order to make the pop-up stop...

yes, it is noted that it is free, but that doesn't mean it doesn't make me mad... and a two second code change i'm sure isn't going to wreck the future of the AOL empire...

It is not AIM. Tools, Internet Options, Advanced, Uncheck "Reuse Windows for Launching Shortcuts", hit Ok, and enjoy.

hey man, thanks... obviously this was fixed here but it doesn't make sense to me b/c every other program i have seen can launch its own...
