New College!

Correct me if I am wrong.

The USA was founded with Freedom as it's basis.
With the separation of Church & State.

I can see people on not believing in this type of college
but that is the great thing about the USA
we have freedom of speech

But, they have no right to put a stop to this college
opening. The college founder also have the same rights
and freedoms as those against it.

Amendment I

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.

The first amendment says nothing about a seperation church and state. It says that they will not impose a mandatory national religion upon the people. The "seperation of church and state" is a tool that the liberals use forward their causes. While I don't agree with a witch school, they should be allowed to be there if thats what they want to do. Go ahead, try and flame me.
