Why are my peers so dumb? [Possible angst alert]

Am I the only person that considers all his peers to be idiots in one way or another? Or do I need to get back into the AP classes - honors classes are full of idiot cheerleaders that hurt my brain. But the girls in those classes are just so... asexual. It sucks. Yea, I know, I already have a girlfriend that I consider my mental equal (Well, not really equal, more like my mental counterpart - if I don't know it, she does, if she doesn't, I do), but going to school with these bubble heads almost makes my physically ill.

The guys aren't much better - in honors they're all the dumb jocks, in AP, there is less than one personality among the entire bunch.

You see, in my school, there are 3 levels of class. Standard (IDIOTS), Honors (Holding grounds for the jocks and cheerleaders - easy material, looks much better than standard, therefore promoting them further), and GT/AP (Smart kids, but I'd rather talk to a wall).

I was in all GT/AP classes last year. I found the students to be at the absolute most boring EVER. So this year, I switched out to honors courses. Now I'm finding that these kids are possibly even worse, and have the most annoying personalities ever devised. They will stop at nothing to get out of work - even simple work. They'll ramble on and on about some bubbly social crap when we're supposed to be doing some kind of lab or group work. But my grades don't suffer as much as they did, because the work is SO much simpler and the standards set so much lower.

God, sometimes I could literally kill to go home, nef for awhile, spend a few hours with Jessie, nef for a bit longer, play some LAN games with Jessie, and then either send her home or sneak her upstairs. Or even just nef for an entire evening solid.

Let the flamefest begin.

Angst overload!

is this a trick from the book thread? if i read all that , i think i can count it as "read 1 book this month"

Why didn't you take both honors and AP classes? I don't know how your school consideres AP a level though, because there are not that many AP classes available. I assume by "AP" You mean college credit..

But you say they do anything to get out of work, but you shouldn't talk since you were in AP but dropped out to be with them.

There are 2 levels of AP english, a bunch of AP maths, AP bio, AP chem, AP physics, AP foreign languages, AP comp sci, AP psychology, AP US History, etc.

There are plenty of them available. I take AP Comp Sci, because I intend to continue my field of study in that same direction. I don't see much reason behind taking the rest of those classes at the highest level because it's a lot of unneccessary work (Especially in English and history) and the people that take them and the teachers that teach them bore me to death. APCS is mildly entertaining, since I can nef between laughing like a drunk with the guy next to me at some retarded coding mistake.

You must have an incredible personality and intelligence. Will you bear my man-children please?

I never claimed to be omniscient, but I certainly do know better than to whine to the teacher about doing too much work every freaking day first thing, and I certainly know more than 1 or 2 very basic formulas or concepts to repeat from memory as an answer to any question. Heck, I even know enough to turn on my calculator and push some buttons and get an answer to a verbal question!

And I can maintain a conversation better than a brick wall - primarily because I have opinions.

Your man-children? My mangina is not fully matured yet. Call me in a few years.

get over yourself.

Also, try to remember that not all kids in HS care enough to try to take the AP classes (even though they'd do just fine in them). Not everyone wants to bust their butt for 4 years only to repeat in in college.

ARGGGHH!H!!! Cliffs?

edit: Read it.

Cliff's Notes:
-I hate my school because I look into social status too much.
-no... that's all.

I was going to post either a SHUT UP B*TCH picture or the "Jesus Agrees... GET THE FVCK OUT!!!" but PHOCAS mentioned not to keep posting those links.

Anyways, quit being a SNOT NOSE PUNK and start worrying about yourself, rather than those honors folks. These days, it seems like its who you know, rather than what you know that will get you anywhere. All those jocks and cheerleaders will be the future CEO's of multi-million dollar companies which are headed into a financial downfall because all their friends and family are board members, but to only recieve millions in severence pay due to the fact that they must be fired inorder to keep the company alive.

Check this interesting thread.
