why are left over big macs so tasty

Big Macs, no...they get too soggy overnight from all the lettuce and "special sauce."

Straight cheeseburgers are very good reheated, though.

Special sauce?
Thousand Island dressing and mayonnaise.

Oh. Maybe yours differs from the Canadian sauce then, because my Canadian ex worked for McD's when she was trying to make ends meet.

No, Triska is smoking crack. There's definitely no buffalo sauce in there. It's basically thousand island dressing. It's actually closer to frysauce than thousand island.

In any case, it makes the burger too slimy and soggy after it's been sitting all night.

I hate to imagine how one would stumble across something anything like McDonald's "Special Sauce" in the course of making buffalo wings!
