I was thinking - I don't have large, bulging biceps. Whatever, right? Last weekend, I helped move cumulatively probably a few tons of stuff, etc., with my biceps that don't bulge out all that much. In fact, I don't find that I have to do the contracting motion that involves the bicep that much in normal everyday life, either (well, in a manner that requires much strength).
Well, it's showy, I know that, but having large/strong biceps aren't all too important, methinks.
Any opinions?
Besides, triceps are much more useful for knocking a guy the f out.
