That article is a generation behind the times. There are still Korean women who are like that (submissive Stepford-wife type) but now most urban Koreans are accustomed to wealth and privilege, and are high-maintenance

There are a lot of women like that, it has nothing to do with being Korean or not.
Edit: great nick!

"Daily News in English About Korea"... seems they speak about Koreans in their own environment, now ours. The bit about submissive and kind, etc. may still hold true back there. I don't feel like reading the article so if they mention that's how they are HERE, tell me I'm wrong.

Who the hell are Korean girls appealing to?

I could punch any girl in the face if I want to make her appealing like that.

isn't Margaret Cho Korean? kinda blows the "Korean women are better" theory all to hell 😉

Hey, Margaret Cho isn't that bad.... I'd do her.

id rather do a hole in the wall

This is much more appealing than a hole in the wall, my friend. At least if we're talking drywall.

ugliest thing ever.....lol there is much better koreans than that, shes ugly imo

There are, of course, differences between

1. Korean girls who grew up in Korea
2. Korean girls who grew up in the States
3. Korean exchange students(girls) in the States
4. Korean girls who are from Seoul and somewhere else

1. Generally, those girls have traditional value of Korean heritage. Those are the ones western guys mostly marry as they are very different than most of Western girls.
2. Generally, Very twisted as they grew up in the States with the parents who expect them to hold the traditional Korean value. It just doesn't work becuase traditional Korean value doesn't go well with U.S envioronment and I've seen many of them suffering idenity-crises.
3. Generally, very stuck-up and matrialstic as they came from a wealth family.
4. Generally, seoul is a city of 14 million and of course girls from Seoul are very different.

But then again, there are always expections.

When will these stupid Westerners lose the notion that Asian women are like that? :|

Whoever said that has never met a Korean woman in their entire life
