It shows the ram speed as 200mhz.... Shouldn't it be 500? I'm really confused... Or should it at least be 250/250? Thank you for your help

B Bobthelost Diamond Member Dec 1, 2005 4,360 0 0 Mar 2, 2006 #2 Nope, DDR means double data rate, so even if the clock speed is 200mhz it's transmitting data @ 400mhz. PC4000 ram is overclocking RAM, you can now try to raise your FSB to 250 without worrying about the RAM.
