I have two 1 gigabyte sticks of Muskin 3-3-2-8 XP Redline PC 4000

It's running in dual channel on a DFI-Ultra board.

It shows the ram speed as 200mhz.... Shouldn't it be 500? I'm really confused... Or should it at least be 250/250?

Thank you for your help

Nope, DDR means double data rate, so even if the clock speed is 200mhz it's transmitting data @ 400mhz.

PC4000 ram is overclocking RAM, you can now try to raise your FSB to 250 without worrying about the RAM.
