Why are CSRs so dumb

Because it's a bottom-feeder job that's entry level in just about every company so if they learn anything, they are promoted to another department. 🙂
 
Weird, but lately the CSRs I've had have been awesome. Called my bank twice recently and they were very helpful. Called a big cellphone company on the weekend and damn it the guy was the nicest csr rep I've ever had! He knew what he was doing too.
