why are creative zen micros sold out everywhere?

first, it went up in price back to retail value (used to be cheaper), and now it's just unavailable everywhere....anybody know what's going on?
 
Everyone and their mother buying MP3 players for XMas? That would be my first guess, although there could be supply issues around that particular player.
 
cause everyone wants a nano, if they can't find one a zen micro is the best alternative. Or some people just dont like apple and zen micros are good (fm radio, voice recording, removable battery)
 
The micro is like the Godzilla Macro compared to the Nano...

And Nano's are available everywhere AFAIK... Atleast in the store around my University, they have huge piles of them + student discount.
 
Same reason the Nanos are sold out everywhere (at least on the Internet - backordered.) It is called consumer demand.

If you can buy them at a discount, do so - you can then make a profit on E-Bay.

I just got my Creative Zen Vsion - with docking staiton and spare battery - talk about Godzilla! 🙂
 
Just called and found out....unfortunately none of you are correct

it's been discontinued by creative 😕
