For my RAM my copy times are faster then my reads, which are faster then my writes. Why is this? isnt copying reading AAND writing, so it should be the slowest?

1. Are you sure you are talking about RAM?
2. How are you measuring?
3. What is a copy time? I know what read speed and write speed are but what do you mean by copy? A read followed by a write?
