That is all you need is one link to a web sight that explains everything, not a message board divoted to helping out lazy people.
 
I'm sad to say I was once a "What's the difference between a switch and a hub". I was politely guided to some really good web-pages. Albeit that question was not asked quite as much as it is now! It's been awhile since I have visited this forum (since my network is running like a top 🙂), and I too have noticed a lot more repitive questions.
