Why are 95% of all band shirts black?

Because then the unwashed unshaven groupie masses can wear them for two weeks straight before the dirt and pitstains are visible.

I know what you mean. I only wear band shirts and people always ask me why I wear black. I tell them all of the band shirts happen to be black.

I dont like wearing black that much. They should make more dark red/burgandy color band shirts. :D I love that color!

Yeah, but I like to elaborate.

And nef.

Neffing is fun.

...

Another reason that many band shirts are black is because that black is the colour of REVOLUTIONARIES and INDIVIDUALS, right? You should LISTEN TO OUR MUSIC and STICK IT TO THE MAN by supporting us in our crusade towards fame and fortune! But don't worry, we'll let all those CAPITALIST PIGS know the TRUTH when we're driving around in our gold-plated Ferraris!

I hate that too. Same thing with concert shirts. Damned if my one white concert shirt got messed up in the wash (something bled). Now I look out for the non-black shirts. So I have a blue Tom Petty shirt a white Rush shirt. Everything else is black. Now I most likely won't buy a shirt at a concert unless its something other then black.
