If you're a college student......

Ask her if she has a class with a certain professor... if she does, discuss... if she doesn't, tell her to take a class with the professor or avoid it.

This leads to a conversation about what classes she IS taken... what dorm/apt complex she lives in... how she likes it... dorm food...

College activities, activities for fun... stories about your respective lives... etc., etc.
