a)XP Home OEM CD & Keycode - $75

b)XP Home OEM CD & COA - $91

AS you can bet, I got (a). Why do I have a bad feeling about this?

first option sounds like piracy, 2nd option sounds like a loophole.

Read the description at the end. The 1st one is a copy that is intended to be sold with hardware only (a computer), This place probably does not sell to many complete systems and needs to get rid of all the extra copies of WinXp home that M$ required them to purchase.
