why am i getting missing/can't find file on a new xp install

Hi,
I just put together another system and keep getting missing/can't find file on a brand new install xp oem disc. Any ideas? is it because i'm overclocking, the hard drives are clean. Please help.
 
You NEVER EVER overclock during an new Windows install. The install process is extremely fragile, and any hickups with the RAM or the IDE controllers will cause the install to error out.

So that being said, don't overclock and try installing again.
