Why all the candidate controversy?

The GOP has fielded a really lousy batch of candidates this time. There is little that any of them can point to with any truth about their own qualifications and standing to be President, so they all shout "But I'm better than him! Here's how flawed everybody else is!". And it's easy to do since they are all so flawed. It's funny to watch.

That pretty well sums up the current situation. Dumb, dumber, dumbest, more dumber, etc.

I guess all the really capable candidates are unwilling to put themselves (and family) thru the crap that one has to suffer in order to lead this once great country. Can't say I blame them.

"because it is aligned with Paul"? The media? Aligned with Ron Paul? What planet do you live on?

The media is trying its absolute best to ignore and inconsequentialize Paul.

Ignoring Ron Paul is to his advantage. Imagine if his racism and his anti-civil liberties stances was actually reported on by the mainstream media. He would get annihilated.
