I've got a 537, what's the difference with it?? (came with aluminum heatsink)
 
537 is GTX?

Edit - Nope. Guess not. No idea, sorry.

Edit2 - Looks like a 516/518 (same speeds). Maybe it was the BF2 edition...?

That's nonsense. It's 10mhz; any card could overclock that much without artifacting.

The CO SE (516) is definitely the best buy.

not sure. according to eVGAs site only the ones ending in AX have the warranty.

I haven't heard of that one before. It's not listed on the EVGA site. Is it a GT or some other card?
 
Partnum is 256-P2-N537-AX

I think its stock was 445/1070

Got it at the end of september, at the very begininng of the Cardpool rebate, and mine came with BF2 for "free".

Serial num & partnum, found on the sticker on the back of your card.

Any clue about the 537????
 
Can anyone first hand report eVGA warrenty on Neweggs graphic cards? Why would eVGA have a direct link to their products on newegg if they dont cover the warrenty.
 
They cover the warranty....I've talked to the tech support about the warranty before, they didn't have any probs with it being from newegg
 
Just got this reply from eVGA

"Hi, I would call Newegg directly during their regular business hours and find out from them what part # that card is because it needs to be either AX,DX, or FX to qualify for lifetime warranty. We have had some issues with vendors not fully labeling the video card part #s and as a result, confuse constumer purchases on their warranty type. We are workign to get that resolved fortunately"

get the N516. I got it from ZipZoomFly and when it came it was actually N516-AX, which means lifetime warrenty. Also, it is factory clocked at 460/1100, same speeds as the N517. Lastly, it came with Quake 4 in the box.

Pretty sweet deal for 299

We apologize for any confusion on our part. After reviewing EVGA's website we can conclude that the card you are looking at is an "AX" model card, and would apply for the lifetime warranty.

when I ordered my N516 it did not show the AX at the end of the part number. When I received the card there was an AX at the end of the part number displayed on the card as well as on the box.
