WHS2011 problems since recent updates?

I had a critical error today saying their was a problem with my backups, I ran the backup repair function, I lost all my client backups. I've checked the drives and all seem solid, and none of my shares are corrupt. If I were a suspicious person I'd say Microsoft borked whs2011 to entice upgrading to Windows server Essentials 2012.

Anyone else having any WHS2011 problems lately?

I should of stuck with WHS v1 never had any problems with it

Oh well currently migrating about 4tb of data off the server, I just don't trust it at this point.
 
I had the same warning in the last 48 hours and I also ran the backup repair. It finished and all of my backups are still there.

I'm glad yours worked out OK, its extra annoying for me because I was testing windows 8 on 2 of my clients that I'd intended to restore back to 7, of course I didn't have anything important on those installs it'll just be more of a pain to reinstall 7 now
