WHS2011 - Install OS to raid array or separate drive?

I'm guess that with DriveExtender gone, it really doesn't matter quite so much where the OS is installed. Just trying to figure out whether to shove everything on a RAID5 array or keep the boot drive separate. Comments/Thoughts/Suggestions?
 
The "hack" to keep it from using the OS drive to create a data partition is just a simple config file with a couple lines in it on a USB drive during the install. Very easy.
