WHS v1 PP1 install - does it normally run CHKDSK C:?

Finally got around to installing WHS. As part of it, after the whole setup process completes, does it normally boot and do a CHKDSK of C:?

Edit: How long to wait until Auto Update downloads and installs Power Pack 3? Is there a way to speed up the process manually?

PP3 should immediately be available. I've never not seen it available for download right away.
