i enjoy his songs because he tells a story with his words. on his last cd, Gods Son, my 2 fave tracks the are the last ones, Dance and Heaven. you can hear the true emotion in his heart on those tracks, he just pours it out about his mother and her lost battle with cancer. i especially like the trumpet solo at the end of Dance.

i dunno what it is about me, I can't pick up on the words fast enough. When I concentrate i have really good hearing, but I guess the words just come out in a way that I can't really put together that fast heh. I know nas is one of the best lyricists ever, but I'm a big instrumental person so it's wasted on my ears. He does have some nice beats but i dunno... I used to really like him

San Quinn, 3X Krazy, Twista, Yukmouth, Jt The bigga figga

And something I have to get off my head. I think peoples opinions of raped are based entirely on the fact of these bling bling mtv rappers and how they portray the genre. They portray it as trash and I dont blame people who are ignorant and only see rap from that point of view. There are a lot of rappers out there like the ones I named who dont rap about that crap and have enjoyable beats.

very well put. i concurrently agree with what you said.

popper - yeah, that makes sense, he does have a habit of doing that. i talk fast and when i hear things, i pick it up quickly, so i guess thats why it appeals to me more.

heh, here's your answer brutus since your last post provoked it. :) (btw, good read on that marine article thread you created last week)
An individual who chronically trolls in sense 1; regularly posts specious arguments, flames or personal attacks to a newsgroup, discussion forum, or in email for no other purpose than to annoy someone or disrupt a discussion. Trolls are recognizable by the fact that the have no real interest in learning about the topic at hand - they simply want to utter flame bait. Like the ugly creatures they are named after, they exhibit no redeeming characteristics, and as such, they are recognized as a lower form of life on the net, as in, "Oh, ignore him, he's just a troll."
