Who's waiting in line for Xbox 360?

So I called up Walmart to find out how many Xbox 360s they'd have in stock and they said 20. The guy also said there's some nerd already camped out at the store since 7. Man I was planning on showing up at 11:30 tonight to get in line, but now it looks like they line is going to be all full by then. Ugh, I don't even want this stupid thing, I owe my friend a favor so I gotta go wait in line after work this damn piece of crap.

my plans are just to wait until all the fuss and hype is over and then maybe ill get one, im not going through all the stuff i went through to get a PS2 when i was 15, i remember calling walmarts asking them when there trucks were coming in at night. Now that i think back it wasnt worth all the trouble.

plus im happy with my modded xboxOne

Just curious, when did you pre-order ?

I put $100 down last July at gamestop. Got a call last week saying I will NOT be getting one on launch day due to shortages, and they will try and get me one before xmas.

Its not that big of a deal I guess, but if you don't get it at launch WTF is the point of pre-ordering ?

Like a 2 weeks ago. Some special offer for rewards customers. They would reserve one for you and ship or you could pick it up. I think they only opened it up for one day though. Here's the offer...

It's MS' fault, not Gamestop's

I preordered mine at Gamestop the first day you could - number 8 in the store - and got my call last week saying it's being held for me

This is why you PRE-ORDER something like this at an ELECTRONICS/GAME store.

I pre-ordered mine in May... I have decided not to keep it, my friend is gonna take it, but all I gotta do is show up at 12:01 and walk out with the console.
