I haven?t had the chance to research the history of your apostrophe posters, but I do know that this is wrong:

It totally ignores the existence of the contraction for ?it has.? Also, it does not explain that even though you would normally ad an apostrophe to a possessive noun, you do not in the case of ?its.?
Also, this wrongfully leaves out the correct usage in other contractions:
