I'm just curious. When i say that you "know," I mean that you could call them on the phone right now and they would know instantly who you are.

As for me...I don't think I know anyone.

A former State Director General of Police (he was actually famous as a "super-cop")
Several Members of Parliament
Several state-level politicians
A handful of sports personalities, mostly cricket
A couple of music entertainers

They are all famous in India, but probably not internationally (even if so, I am pretty sure it wouldn't always be for the right reasons ). My parents had quite a few political connections back when we were growing up. None of these people would recognize me (probably the DGP would) unless I told them who my parents were.
