PMing Anandtech Moderator (even when they appear offline) with a link to the offending thread(s) works out just fine. I've seen a thread get locked in under 3 minutes(!!!) and ban-threats issued out. (That was on Off Topic). I just sent a PM saying, "This thread has flamebait written all over it. Link."
