I have had Skype now for over 3 years and have had almost zero trouble with it. I use a Linksys cit200 with it and its been great. Other party cannot believe I am using it through my pc.

x2, but for new customers there's a $9.99 yearly fee now, which is peanuts for the quality and realibility
