Is this something I can live to living in a hotel all week?
What's the diet like?
I can't make my own food, but I have some healthy alternatives
I'm in a hotel room from Mon-Thu every week probably through October.Originally posted by: Skoorb

So these shakes and whatnot are in place of your meals during the day?
Can they be made without a blender? I don't see myself lugging a blender to and from my hotel every week.
I could probably do something like this.Originally posted by: Rudee

breakfast: eggs, low sodium bacon, cottage cheese, fresh strawberries
mid morning snack: half protein bar, granny smith apple
lunch: grilled chicken breast, salad
mid afternoon snack: half protein bar, small piece fruit
dinner: lean beef, fish or fowl, grilled veggies.
