Ive been lookin around at the flats available for next year, im sick of halls. Most of them are only two people, i kinda wanted to live with more, or theyre miles away from uni. But theres this one flat thats pretty sweet, and its near to the uni/gym. Catch is, it would be 4 girls and 1 guy... me namely.

So whos lived without any guys? Was it good or bad?

A fink i would miss the random food fights/snowball fights/stupid things, like painting faces on a marrow a piked up for 25p and then drop kicking it at the neighbors door :laugh: But i dunno... I need advice from experts.

but they are my wife and 2 daughters, so that probably doesn't match up with your situation


good luck! i don't think i would live with 4 girl roommates

one of my very close friends lives with all girls.

he said it was the greatest thing for the first month, but then it became horrible. it was good at the start because you are living with chicks, i mean come on, it sound fun right? well, after the first month when none would give up any action, he just got frustrated CONSTANTLY. hot women running around the house all the time and you can't touch them or make a pass at them.

Does my wife count? If so, then yes, I live with one female. And let me tell you, that particular arrangement is very, very nice!

i'm living with one girl right now and another guy. Both are good friends and i've known them for 5 years. I love it because she keeps the house much cleaner than us two guys would(not that we are dirty, she just likes to clean) and the house smells much better. It also helps that she was part of a sorority and we get to go to all their parties.

But I am moving in a month or two and might be living with 3 girls, or a group of guys, haven't decided yet. I'm kind of worried about living with 3. One is fine but if you get more than one together they act different and you never know whats going to happen(2 years in the dorms tought me that). One day they are best friends forever, and the next they are clawing at each other and your in the middle.

I would suggest you only live with girls that you have known for a while and never get involved with them, that never ends well.

2 girls, one house. Not a bad setup, just dont get involved..... Well, maybe if they are very hot.

I lived with one other guy and three girls for a year while I was in college. It's fun if the girls are cool. One of the girls we lived with was about 2 years older and really fun to hang out with. She moved out early because she graduated and the other girls suddenly became annoying and whiny.

Just expect to kill a lot of spiders for them.

Depends on the girls' attitudes. Like they say, you never truly know someone until you lived with them or taken a roadtrip with them...

I'd say, as long as you don't have your hopes up and you've got your own room, then it should work out fine.

I am currently living with two girls in an apartment. They are cute and all, but they always want me to play board games with them. We once stayed up til 3:00am playing monopoly. Geebus, they can get enough of board games. I am like why don't play some cool sex game or something.

I lived with 5 once. My mom and my 4 sisters. Later in life I lived with my boy's lady and her friend. Kind of like a Threes Company thing except the whole gay thing with Jack. My boys lady was like a sister to me but her friend and I had some good times :D

Girls are easier to get along with and know how to take care of a house.

I was nice to them so I got up first and let them sleep in longer. As long as I was nice with them sometimes they would cook for me. God I wish I could relive that year again.

Don't do it man. I lived with 2 girls for a semester and I was seriously on the verge of a breakdown. Here is how my day would go:

7AM Room mate 1 would bang on my door until I woke up so that we could eat breakfast. Nice gesture but wtf?

8AM or so there would be some crisis to deal with (no hot water because everyone is trying to use their shower at the same time, someone saw a bug, the cat (not mine) crapped on the floor etc.

8:45AM I left for work and worked until 2pm or so then went to class until 6 then back to work until 9pm. I'd usually get at least 1 call at work, normally 2-3, mostly stupid things like "how do I change a light bulb" or "my printer isn't working and I have a paper due in 30 minutes can you fix it?"

Get back to the apartment at 9pm and since they were on this "play house" kick we each had to make dinner 2 times a week, so tuesday and thursday after working for 12 hours it was time to start making dinner

10pm start my homework

Midnight room mate 1 has gone to sleep but room mate 2 has some crisis or another, usually involving her ex-boyfriend who she financially supported even though they were broken up.

2AM room mate 2 goes to sleep I work on school until 3-4AM then go to sleep and repeat.
