I've got a 66 GTO that my uncle had since '73. It's a daily driver and I really enjoy driving and cruising in it.

What are some rides others have here?

Finally, a post from someone who spends way too much time worrying about other men's penises.

Who cares what simpletons like him think. He is likely another small minded liberal douche with nothing in his life to enjoy.

I think it is rather obvious where I stand on the issue.

That is a sweet deal if there is not too much rust.

My uncle repainted it around '78 with Cadillac white, but it originally was Cameo Ivory white. My wife and I want to paint it a custom color though when we get to that point.

Those make sweet little trucks! I have a 48 Ford F-1 pickup that I need to rebuild that my grandfather used to drive years ago. I've already got a Volare front clip for it.

My '88 Trans Am (pic in sig) isn't very muscle-y by today's standards...but that is all being taken care of. ;) It's getting a 383 with Super Ram intake, street / strip transmission, Ford 9" rear, Griffin aluminum radiator, Corvette brake hardware, subframe connectors and a lot of other odds n ends to finish it off. The motor build is estimated to be at @425 - 450 hp. I'll probably add some wider 'Vette rims + stickier tires once it's completed.

When it is finished, the only stock drivetrain component remaining will be the aluminum driveshaft. Should be done by spring (hopefully).

My uncle has a completely restored 69 Pontiac GTO, one of the original Judges. He turned it into a Drag racer, it's awesome.

The last car I owned you could consider a muscle car was a 71 Barracuda, 440, 4-speed and 3.89 gears in a 3 car garage.

Met a Women......ended up with a $100.00 comet and 2 bags of clothes.......

The good news....my Father gave me back my 65 F-100 short wheelbase truck I bought from my Uncle around 30 years ago.

Working on it now, I have a 390, C-6, disk brakes, power steering, front and back sway bar, AC.

It is still mostly stock right now with the original 352, 3 on the tree, etc.

Good old FE block. May not be cheap but nothing else sounds as good. That ought to start a bit of a fight :).

Current car is an '03 Mustang Cobra, pretty much the epitome of a modern day muscle car.

Last car was a '94 Z28 with some mild heads and cam work done, it was loud, noisy, cold in the winter, hot in the summer and smelled like exhaust all the time, but I loved it.

I am at least until my car sells.

67 Mustang fastback, 289 2+2 car originally. 302/C4 in it now. Got it in the trader and had a few offers but nothing close.

Went to the turkey run this weekend with $60k in cash looking to buy a new toy but didn't find anything worth buying.

yep, mainly Aussie Ford Falcons from 1967 to present.

I've owned plenty of them but the I've only owned one GT, a 1969 Ford XW Falcon GT, which was bought up to GTHO Phase 2 specs.

It was a marine blue example with black GT striping and gold SuperRoo striping up each side.

The engine was a 351 4V Cleveland V8 brought up to Phase 2 specs which included a modified camshaft, ported 4V open chamber heads with enlarged valves, 750cfm Holley 4bbl carb and factory extractors feeding in to a daul 2.5inch exhaust, it was good for about 380hp.

The gearbox was a Factory Bullnose Toploader 4 spd with a heavy duty twin plate clutch, the diff was a Ford 9 incher fitted with a detriot locker center and 3.5:1 ratio(awesome for burn outs).

I'm not sure how fast it went cause the speedo only went up to 140mph, but the tacho went to 8000 rpm and it would reach 7200rpm in top.

It was a very savage car for a 17 year old.

most of my V8 falcons that I've owned since have been either XB's or XD's fitted with either a 351 2V clevelands or 302 4V Clevelands...not too bad for Aussie muscle, most produced around 300hp.
