Who's got the logitech dual optical?

How many buttons does it have excluding the scroll wheel? From the picture that logitech provides it's hard to tell if the little thing on the left of it is a button or just a decoration.
 
I have it at work, and it has, as the previous writer, mention, a thumb-button too. All, in all 4 buttons.. I can tell you that it feels really good holding, not as good as the 'higher' mouseman, but good enough.
