I'm expecting low 12's from the Cobra this summer. I'm thinking about a pully swap also which will net me into the 11's.

What year Cobra? We got my friend's 2004 into the high 12s last time we were at the track and it was bone stock down to the original paper filter. It now has a new exhaust system and a cold air pipe....can't wait to go back to the track.

Its an '03. I've got a JLT CAI, bassani X pipe and catback on there now. Predator tuner is in the mail as i write this.

The turbovan was in 11's before its demise. I'm slowly eyeing my Focus... wondering if there's enough room under the hood to fit any of it's stuff. But every time I want to test-fit something, I look at gas prices (though a not-so-ballsy turbo conversion would theoretically SAVE money on gas...)

Nay, you wouldn?t get any gains in gas mileage with a turbo conversion, you would, mostly likely lose mileage. Turbo would be pumpin in more air, so you would need to pump more fuel in to compensate. Besides most turbos, even smaller ones don?t operate at their best at low RPM's.

What always gets me is this. There is sure a hellava lot of talking about how great member's cars are but I rarely see pictures of their cars let alone under the hood pictures. My conclusion is that a lot of people on this forum are just dreamers and they have nothing.
