Have you seriously never seen that Looney-Tunes classic? So many decades later they made a freakin' Nintendo DS game based on that innovative short alone. The fact that the surrounding area isn't clear but is the EXACT shade of blue the forum uses in that column should tell you something about the intentions. There is no way you could not get it if it were animated.
