I think the Dodgers have a good chance to take it all. Their pitching is strong and they got decent bats.

I'm sure all teams have access to the same bats as the Dodgers.

It's how they use them that counts.

Going to have to say St. Louis. I'm a Yankees fan (bite me haters, and yes I live in NY, always have), but have to admit their starting pitching leaves a lot to be desired (and that's being nice). It might make for a good record against mediocre teams, especially with their hitting, but against good, balanced teams in the playoffs & possibly Series, they're not going to be able to outscore their bad pitching.

I want the Cubs to win it, but I doubt it will happen. Cards or Dodger is my best guess, at this point.

Yanks have too many bats, and not enough pitching to win the Series. Cubs have the talent, but they just seem to be asleep or something.

I'm not sure who's going to win but I guarantee the Yankees won't win. I voted for the Cards though since they are the hottest team in baseball and now they also have Larry Walker. Pretty potent lineup.

I'll be happy as long as anyone but the following teams wins the WS:

Red Sox - Let their fans whine some more.
Yankees - Let them have another insane payroll without a WS championship
Braves - Let them lose again in the playoffs. They also have a player named 'Chipper' on their team.

I think I'll go with the Cardinals, with myself wanting the A's to win it.

Voting cubs because they got Garciaparra and now I'm bitter. Controversy over contracts be dammed, I think the root cause was the Sox mgmt and Garciaparra just got fed up, so, I hope he gets his ring over there.

They'll be lucky to even make the wild card.
