Fettsbabe: It has 11 minutes of new footage that was cut from the original, looks pretty freaky.

I am not going, even though my cousins have threatened to drag me there kicking and screaming. That movie is just too scary!

Girl - That movie was awesome. Scream 3 was great too. I think I'm going to rent the Blues Brothers 2000 tonight "We're on a mission from God" :)

I forgot where I read this but I heard that when the director asked for a priest to bless the set, the priest said not to make the movie, for bad things will happen. the director got another priest to bless the set, but technitions reported alot of power failures and nightmares in their dreams. One actor reported that on her way to the airport she realized she forgot the tickets. I dont think if this is very accurate or not, but I personally dont like these types of films because of the santanic content

<< Scream 3 was great too >>

Did I see this correctly, or was great supposed to be replaced with another word?

I saw the Exorcist in the cinemas last weekend, it was great! It was the first time I'd seen the movie so it spooked me a bit:)

i dont get it, i thought that movie is definitly one of the scariest movies of all time, and it even has some funny comical parts in it. but all these little bastards kept acting, i think they were trying to act brave. mainly, it was those people who are in high school and younger, i should know, i am still friends with some of them. all the poeple that graduated thought the movie was scary, all the kids still in school were laughing, and they were pissing me off.

sorry this is a bit off the topic, but i think one of the scariest movies is Evil Dead. i'm talking about the original movie in the series, the sequels are just horrible. i remember seeing this movie long time ago, and i had forgotten about it. i watched this movie again last year, with several friends and my girlfriend. we watched it in the dark, and even the guys were spooked. my girlfriend never had any problems watching horror movies until then, and now she gets scared easily from horror movies. if you dare, rent the movie and watch it in dark by yourself! (maybe on Halloween)

oh yeah, i'm planning to go see Exorcist later tonight. i can't wait! by the way, i thought this movie was supposed to be unrated, with the extra footages contained in it? my local theatres list the movie as an R-rated movie.

I thought Night of the Living Dead(I think that's what it was called, it's an old movie) was pretty good. Exorcist was damn scary. I posted about The Exorcist last week and one good movie that kept popping up in posts was Event Horizon. Really good, scary movie.

"Exorcist was damn scary"

What? And you liked Event Horizon? I found that movie was pretty crappy. I didn't find The Exorcist to be too scary, it seemed old and not scary, just stupid. I wasn't 'laughing', but I most definitely wasn't pissing myself over this film.

I didn't like Scream either, but I found it scarier than The Exorcist.
