please stay away (from modesto). we're too crowded as it is and the houses aren't
cheap anymore, thanks to all the bay area transplants.

Livermore has nothing on modesto, except a nuclear weapons lab.

I'm about 10 minutes away from SF, San Rafael here. Being from Hawaii the abundance of water everywhere is VERY nice, I love this place, but the current MASSIVE DEBT OF CALIFORNIA issue is not so hot. Can't wait till these money problems get worked out.
