For the jury to decide. We can't based on that little, but with
Court heard an autopsy revealed massive internal injuries, as well as extensive bruising on her buttocks, arm, kidney and head.
it sounds like he'll be having "normal sex" with men soon.

"He told the officer `She would not wake up. I figured she was passed out drunk. I went back to bed with her and had normal sex,"' and then went back to sleep, Gzik said.
Pfffft. Either this guy has an elephant's wang, or he's lying his ass off. I'm leaning toward the latter.

So he had sex with someone who was dead?

Yes, and I know that they might have been rough. But if they're into that kinky shiets + alcohol and one ends up dead, I don't think the guy should be charged with murder (involuntary manslaughter may be).

If she was passed out, she could not consent to sex in the first place, and this was rape. I don't believe she could have died from even the most violent intercourse, or that it would have caused "massive internal injuries". He may genuinely not remember hurting her, but that doesn't mean he didn't.

The comedian Fatty Arbuckle (a huge silent-film star) was charged with a similar murder - he was probably the most celebrity charged with murder before OJ - and there was speculation that a champagne bottle was involved. He was ultimately acquitted.

Well, she had a lot of bruising and he probably beat her to death. If you can't know for sure that seems more likely than anything else.

Sick isn't it? Reminds me of that 16 year old boy who intentionally hit the woman jogger so he could have sex with her dead body. Nasty stuff!

He didn't bang a dead girl... He found her on the living room floor. He went back to his bedroom to have sex.

Anyway, it sucks.

"After waking a short time later and going to a Tim Hortons for coffee, Anthony returned and tried to wake Jamieson up around 10:30 a.m., Gzik said. He told police her hands looked blue, and she didn't appear to be breathing.

Gzik said he then walked to the BelAir bar and restaurant at 11 a.m., and talked to the owner who told him to call for help.

He called 911 at 11:53 a.m., the prosecutor said."

Ok, so he wakes up, goes for coffee, comes back to find a women who isnt breathing, and her hands are blue, THEN waits an HOUR AND A HALF to call 911.

Does that involve making him listen to William Hung? Oh yeah, this is Canada, so I guess they don't have a prohibition on cruel and unusual punishments like we do . . .

It might have started out consenual, but

'"He told the officer `She would not wake up. I figured she was passed out drunk. I went back to bed with her and had normal sex,"' and then went back to sleep, Gzik said. '

this might be considered rape.
