I feel the same. There is reason for everything and in this sotry they didn't give a legit reson. Sort of forces you to take the facts that were given and look at it from a middle point of view.

You know, I can kind of believe this is possible, if it was a short child. If I'm remembering the bridge correctly, it is an old steel bridge with huge girders and full steel plating seperating the roadway from the sidewalk.

No matter what ... it's not a nice area for any child to in. Thank god he is safe.
