Who's cheaper for shipping a computer to Iceland? UPS or USPS??!?

USPS is generally cheaper for international shipping (at least to canada). Plus they don't absalutly destroy your packages a la UPS.
 
USPS use boat for shipment and generally takes up to 30 days for 10th class mail. If you wanna save money and willing to wait, USPS is the way to go.

It is very simple.

You need the following:
destination address
the weight of said package
size of the package
origin address

With this information you can visit any of the major shipping companies and get a shipping quote...it's not that hard
