Who's a worse dancer, Pres Bush or Carl "MC" Rove?

About a month ago Carl Rove did that horrible dance to some rap music. Yesterday Bush also did some horrible dance (if you can call either of them dancing). You've probably seen em both, but here's some YTMND links:
