Who's a better SOS for Kerry?

I personally liked Powell, perhaps he can redeem himself.

Perhaps Clark, but he would be a better SOD.

Maybe Clinton, seems like he'll do a good job repairing the damage with other nations.

Clark would be good, but if he asked Powell it would go a long way to heal the rift between the parties.

Comon' guys Powell is a spineless wonder. If we're gonna' have a Republican in the cabinet at least have it be Lieberman. ;)

More worried about who's going to take Ashcroft's place. After Reno and Ashcroft, my civil rights can't take much more abuse.

I would say Powell, if he resigned instead of making the case he didn't believe in at the UN. He put his stamp of approval on this war. I think it was a lapse in character. He has a soldier mindset in a civilian position. I really like the guy, and his thinking was right on. Powell Doctrine, pottery-barn rule, etc was all right. But when it came down to it he didn't stick to his guns.
I think Clinton would be a great SoS, but I am worried for his health. Clinton is one of the most popular Americans around the world, and the guy can communicate and win people over.

Spitzer, baby! He appears to care very little about what people do privately . . . unless of course you are dirty corporation.

I would be interesting to see if Powell would accept SOS. I'm not sure it would bridge the chasm between the parties since I'm not sure the GOP considers him much of a Republican. I would like to see Hagel AND McCain in the administration with Biden going to the Supreme Court . . . unless he wants to be President.

I suggest you pay more attention, Powell is very much considered the odd man out with the current administration. He didn't stick to his guns like he should have, but it's pretty obvious he doesn't agree with Bush and Co.

I love Lieberman, but I'd offer him another cabinet post. He'd be a disaster in State.

Ditto, I think the last thing we need for the new American face of foreign policy is Lieberman.
