I used to have a 1.4Ghz (200FSB factory LOCKED) on a KT7A. The chip was pencil unlocked. There was no problem at all running at 133FSB, due to the multiplier/voltage being set by the BIOS and not a jumper. I then upgraded to a KK266, which has a 100/133 jumper. Basically, although I could run at 133Mhz+, every time I shut my machine down and then powered on again (if it crashed or I made a hardware change for example) it would not come back on. Everything would power on but there would be no video. This has been a pretty frustrating "bug", as I have to either leave the PC off for anywhere from 5 to 45 minutes.

Well after doing some research I have just - re-done the L1 bridges, closed all the L7 making the default voltage 1.85V (actual 1.95V), and modified the L6 to make the default multipler 12X. One of these steps has completely fixed the problem!!

I have just shut down and powered back on 3 times in a row to prove it :)

I am extremely pleased now (it was driving me MAD) :D
