I applied to a lot of jobs and got turned down until I lucked into the one I am working at now. And Dallas market is ASS when it comes to IT jobs.

yes, i think so too, at least in the tech industry. i think we'll be seeing another tech boom soon, not as big and not as foolish as the dotcom era of course.

You'd be surprised how hard it is to find a job even at those small places. Besides, I don't want to work in fast food, I wanna work in retail. Guys at Circuit City and Best Buy have already talked to me before, but the timing was bad.
