god i always suck at the mile. a few weeks ago, my gym teacher made our class run the mile (4 laps around our track) in 90 seconds or less each lap. if we had gotten above 90 seconds, we had to go back and run a lap again.
so 6 minutes is my personal best in the 1 mile run.
i envy all of you who can run the mile (or more) without getting tired so much. how do you all do it?
