WHOO MY FIRST RECRUITER INTERVIEW

You have been Preselected to interview for the following position...

Associate Consultant

I've applied to at least 15 jobs now for the fall recruiting season, mostly in investment banking and a few in consulting..and have been turned down for all of them so far....and now I finally have an interview.

Position is mine to lose....

It's with Sapient Corporation if anyone's ever heard of it..synopsis of the company from vault.com

Sapient insiders give high marks to their company's culture. Many reported that the firm actually practices what it preaches when it comes to core values: "Client Focused Delivery, Relationships, People Growth, Creativity, Leadership, and Openness." As one consultant puts it, "Sapient's culture is really based on our six core values--believe it or not, people really live those core values! The result of our strong culture is you know what is expected from you and what you can expect from others."

Perhaps noone else bothered to offer you an interview because you sent your resume in ALL CAPS?

You can work at investing banking companies with a math major? 😱

I thought you needed an econ degree, primarily.

Yah, way too arrogant. The job isn't yours until you sign that contract. The job is yours to lose when you start working.

Apperently he can't

I'm actually a math/econ major, but ibankers have come from all walks of life. The recruiters at my school said there was a dance and religious studies major at the firm.

My GPA is also really terrible, think sub 3.0..major one is even lower *_*

One of my friends just accepted a job as an ibanker in NY. Like a 10,000 signing bonus type thing too.
