I just got a talk with my mom and she wants me to go to the phillipines for school..

and i said "yes"

I might go to school in june of next year.

BUt until then... i'm gonna go to HCC..

hehe...most of my family went to school in the phillipines. It's mad cheap and then they come to the US, take whatever certifications they need to take and they're on their way. Good way to do it if you're filipino and wanna make the most out of ur money.

HEY! I'm goin to the Philippines this winter break for xmas and new years. It's gonna be weird walking around in shorts on new years day watching the fireworks go off. I've never been to the exotic tourist locales like Boracay and such, only Manila and Quezon City. I hope to make some stops there during my trip since its supposed to be beautiful.

You might want to reconsider going to college there unless you are sure you want to work there after graduating.

Don't get me worng, I am pinoy myself, but alot of employers here prefer US/Canada college grads over foreign ones...unless of course
we are talking Oxford or the London School of Economics.

Wow. didn't know there were a lot of us around here. Have fun! I used to go to Baguio all the time when I was still studying Geology. That's where we used to go for all our field work.
