Nature's Own brand potato bread for me. Kinda like white bread, but different. Plain jane Sunbeam white bread don't cut it for me. Pepperidge Farm 7 grain (or 9 or 12 or whatever it is) is also good stuff.

Foccacia, Bananna Nut bread, Homemade breads.
NEVER, EVER white bread. People who's favourite this is, need to get out more.

White!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The infamous "Butter" thread is coming to mind more and more around here lately!!!!!!!!!!!

BTW, I've heard that the bleached stuff coats your intestines.

Have a great lunch ... just make sure you clean it off your screen.

SUOrangeman,

That only does that if it actually makes it out of your stomache. Usually what happens with white bread is that it forms in to little lumpy balls and just floats around in the acid forever. Guys that eat it all their lives, eventually end up with a stomache full of lumpy white stuff.

Wouldn't these, uh, lumpy white balls, as you put it, just eventually move into the intestines anyway, and eventually out of the body, despite being undigested?

Wheat please.

I especially like the stoneground kind.

Wheat is healthy, and tastes better, IMHO.

🙂

I used to eat white bread, but now I eat wheat bread now that I'm weightlifting and conditioning, Considering I eat like two sandwiches a day, wheat bread is a LOT better for me.

I saw one other post for it... Potato Bread... I love it, and it lasts so much longer without molding than White... Maybe thats just the preservatives talking...
