WHOLE NEW MOBO AND STILL NO WORKY??(solved)

Ok I thought my mobo was fried but maybe it wasn't Because I bought a whole new mobo(same one as last). It still won't power on I thought that with this mobo at least the PSU fans and the case fans would turn on and then I could see if the cpu or vid card was shot but nope nothing turns on still. I am thinking maybe the power switch is messed but how do i test it.


Forget I was stupid and forgot that I had unplugged it from the wall.
