Ok so i have a little experience in setting up a home av never done a whole home. I am going to be building a new house and want to get things ready in advance so wireing will be easy there will be no drywall and i plan on hving a small room for all my av components. So whats the best whole home av system and where do i even start there is so much stuff out there

If you are putting all of your AV stuff in one room then you need to make sure it is ventilated. If you have alot of amps and such in there and no moving air then they might over heat.

First you start out with your budget on the system. And you also need to decide how many zones you want other than your 5.1 surround or whatever.

im thinking like 8 zones including my home theater. And the other question i would have is should i tie my home theater into the system or use a separate system for my theater and i would say i got a farely large budget.
