Whois doesn’t find a domain

hello,

Trying to find out contact details from one of our domains in asia to move their email. It is Sullair.com.sg. ICANN Whois gets the following.

The requested top-level domain is not supported; this tool supports all delegated gTLDs contracted with ICANN and their corresponding second level domains.

We have about 12 users who have this as their email. Can anyone help?

They don't return anything either. Neither does SGNIC. For either Sullair.com.sg or Sullair.co.sg.

It looks like it's not in DNS and there's no MX record either.

It’s a very small group of users and we can switch them to use our main domain Sullair.com. But we don’t want to lose any messages from. .com.sg in case a customer may have that in their contacts. I don’t have any more facts than those already posted.

Yeap. Apparently it's only for internal usage.

It's possible but don't think it's the case.

Why not send an email from other domains (like gmail, yahoo mail, etc) to email users at sullair.com.sg and see if it still works, and also ask those 12 users directly about their current email experiences?

I usually use whois.sc since you can just put the domain or IP after, ex: http://whois.domaintools.com/sullair.com.sg

Downside is every now and then they have this super annoying captcha that takes a long time to solve because it keeps popping up new images and they fade in really slowly. But when the captcha does not show up it's a useful site. You can lookup IP addresses too which is very useful to find out originating country, owner etc.
