The second best rating you can get, time for my 3.5-6% raise!
 
hehe...now time for a raise?

Apparently in my company, it means squat. Took me 5 years of Exceeds to actually get a raise...and when they did, they took away my OT...so I really didn't get my raise since I still work a buttload of OT.
